I've always wanted to make my blog more diverse and talk about things other than fashion occasionally. Since I got my Nikon D3100 for Christmas I've been taking photos almost everywhere. The other day I went down to the water by the Verrazano Bridge in Brooklyn, New York to take some photos of the sunset, and I want to share them with you!
Tell me what you think! And have a great weekend (:
After doing my makeup we headed down to the NYC High Line to take photos, but we stopped at a basketball court first to take some photos with film in my first outfit.
After changing into my second outfit we started taking pictures on the High Line. It was such a beautiful day out and such a fun shoot! We added some makeup for the second shoot and I just had to take a silly selfie!
I can't wait to see all the pictures! I should get them within the next two to three weeks, and I will be sure to share them with you guys!
Hey everyone! Hope you've had a wonderful start to the week. I want to share with you a product that I got from Studio Gear about a week or so ago, their Hydrating CC Cream. This CC Cream is very light and smooth and enhances your completion. At the same time, it also fights aging, retains moisture, and covers and treats blemishes with a non-oily, radiant finish.
What's awesome about this product is it's color matching. There's three tones: Linen, Natural, and Wheat. The cream comes out of the bottle in a very grey tone, which I wasn't expecting, but as you put in on your skin it perfectly matches to your skin tone! It also kept my skin hydrated, which is pretty awesome.
I absolutely loved this product, and I'm sure you will too! Check it out and buy it here, http://studiogearcosmetics.com/shop/best-sellers/hydrating-cc-cream/, and also, since you're my amazing readers, you get a 10% discount! Just use the code: bloggercc

Well guess what! Its true, and I'm about to show you all about it! SoxxyAir is a stylish compression sock that gives back! Bob Woodruff Foundation sox:
Bob Woodruff Foundation's (BWF) mission is to ensure injured veterans and their families are thriving long after they return home. Yet even after they return to the love and support of their families and communities, many will struggle. Physical and hidden injuries can sometimes lead to unemployment, depression, substance abuse, even suicide.
BWF finds and funds innovative programs in communities where veterans, their families and caregivers live and work. www.bobwoodrufffoundation.org
Jesse Lewis Choose Love sox:
Jesse Lewis was one of the first graders killed at Sandy Hook elementary school. He was a modern day hero at the age of 6. Jesse’s Mom, Scarlett Lewis, recently published a heart-warming story about the loss of her son and the birth of the Jesse Lewis Choose Love foundation. “Nurturing, Healing, Love” are the words Jesse left behind on the family’s kitchen chalk-board. In the wake of such terror, it would be easy to become bitter and sarcastic, but Scarlett has chosen love and is developing programs to teach children about the power each of us has to change our thoughts and choose a life without fear and hate. http://www.jesselewischooselove.org/
Kristen Ann Carr Fund Sox:
The Kristen Ann Carr Foundation (KACF) provides grants for cancer research and seeks to improve all aspects of cancer patient life with an emphasis on adolescents and young adults.
The Kristen Ann Carr Foundation honors the life of Kristen Ann Carr (1971 – 1993), a remarkable young woman who sought life and love. Established at Kristen’s request, the Fund continues in her spirit and convictions in its efforts. In memory of Kristen and with love for Barbara, Dave, Sasha + Wes, I created the KACF sock. Proceeds will be donated to the Kristen Ann Carr Foundation. www.sarcoma.com
The Orion sock benefits the Michael Stabile Memorial Scholarship Fund at Trinity Pawling School. The fund provides financial assistance to students in the School’s Language Program. This specialized program works to alleviate dyslexia and learning disabilities; providing students with the opportunity to realize a full range of academic potential.
WhyHunger was founded in 1975 by the late musician Harry Chapin and Bill Ayres (Executive Director). It is a grassroots support organization that works with more than 8,000 community-based groups around the country and across the world to fight hunger and poverty. From humble beginnings, WhyHunger remains committed to the belief that everyone deserves access to nutritious, affordable food and that together we can truly make a difference. Proceeds from sales of the WhyHunger sox will be donated to the foundation. www.whyhunger.org
