Valentines Day - Charlotte Russe Look For Less

With Valentine's Day coming this weekend I'm sure girls everywhere have started planning out the perfect outfit. What I've found is that Charlotte Russe has amazing cheep dresses, shoes, jewelry, and purses that would be perfect for the occasion, so I created three Polyvore outfits that are cheep and super cute!

Valentines Day - Red Dress

Charlotte Russe long skater dress / Charlotte Russe heels stiletto / Charlotte Russe black crossbody purse / Charlotte Russe white jewelry / Charlotte Russe gold pendant

Valentines Day - Outfit 2 Look For Less

Charlotte Russe white dress / Charlotte Russe ankle strap shoes / Charlotte Russe red purse / Charlotte Russe chain necklace / Charlotte Russe heart bracelet

Valentines Day - Outfit 3 Look For Less

Charlotte Russe fit flare dress / Charlotte russe pumps / Charlotte Russe envelope clutch bag / Charlotte Russe initial charm / Charlotte Russe multi layer pearl necklace

I hope you like them! Let me know what you think and what you'll be wearing this Saturday :) And even if you don't have Valentine's Day plans, these dresses would be adorable for a party or a night out with your girls.

New Hair... Again...

Good Afternoon!

I haven't ever been one to dye my hair, but I did for the fist time a few months ago for a modeling job, and they made me blonde, like really really blonde. Before that I had more dark blonde/light brown hair so of course the change was sudden. Just yesterday I decided to go to a salon and get it just a little darker!

Lets start off with my natural color (which I actually miss so much!)

The previous three photos are from my photo-shoot for Kharis Design's Look Book

Now, this is what my hair looked like after the modeling job that I had to dye my hair for:

This photo featuring my boyfriend, Matt :)

And finally this is my hair now! We made it a little darker so it looked more natural (hopefully!).

Hope everyone has a great and safe weekend!

DIY Adorable Candle Holder

Good Afternoon!

Well today I woke up in a wonderful mood, but of course my geology lab this morning killed it so I'm doing some crafts to help get back to a good mood :)

Today I'm going to make a candle holder (which you could also use for things like earrings or trinkets). Its super easy!

What you will need:
  • Foam Paint Brush (or regular brush)
  • Little Glass Bowl
  • Tissue Paper
  • Mod Podge
  • Scissors or Paper Cutter

1. Cut paper into whatever shape you want to, I did 1in squares
2. Use the brush to cover an area with Mod Podge and place the tissue paper square over the            Modge Podge then paint Mod Podge over the square

3. Repeat!! :)

And you're done! Yes, it really is that simple.

(All photos are mine, please don't take them<3)

Hope you guys like it. Its super easy and definitely worth making. Tell me what you think!

Finally Starting My Scrapbook

Happy Monday Morning!

Although its Monday morning I'm feeling quite cheery for some odd reason (usually mornings aren't quite my thing).

For the past couple years I've been trying to start up scrapbooking but I've never actually started. Recently, I got two scrapbooks from my Mom, one for my freshman year of College and another for my boyfriend and I, and I wanted to share with you some pretty awesome stickers and supplies I got for christmas from my Grandmother!

Left: Scrapbook for my boyfriend and I; Right: Scrapbook for my freshman year!
I also got a pretty cool "Encyclopedia of Scrapbooking Tools & Techniques"
One of my favorite parts: Gems and Sparkles!
Pretty cool ribbons :)

I thought this was cool because I go to Bama, and its a HUGE football school!

Lastly, I got a paper cutter cause I sure can't cut straight and if its crooked I'll go crazy!
Starting off with all these cool supplies I hope my scrapbook starts off well! Wish me good luck and feel free to give me some tips and ideas. I would love to know how you scrapbook :)
